A few things tenants often ask us.
How do I report a repair?
Log into your tenant portal at any time to report a repair. For genuine emergencies outside office hours, please call us directly.
How is my deposit protected?
Your deposit is registered with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme within 30 days of receipt, and you’ll be sent confirmation once this is done.
What fees will I need to pay?
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the only fees tenants may be charged are a holding deposit, your rent, and your security deposit, plus a small number of permitted default fees. See our Fees Information page for full details.
Can I have a pet?
This depends on the individual property and landlord’s preference. Please check with us before applying if having a pet is important to you.
What happens at the end of my tenancy?
We’ll be in touch ahead of your tenancy end date to discuss renewal options, or to arrange your check-out inspection if you’re moving on.
