What’s the difference between Let Only and Fully Managed?
Let Only covers everything up to finding and referencing a tenant, then handing the day-to-day management back to you. Fully Managed includes ongoing rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and full compliance management throughout the tenancy.
How quickly can my property be let?
Once instructed, we move quickly to market your property across Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket, and begin arranging viewings within days. Timescales vary depending on the property and local demand.
How is my rental income protected?
We are members of Client Money Protect, meaning any rent or deposit money we hold on your behalf is protected. We’re also members of The Property Ombudsman, an independent redress scheme.
What are your fees?
Our fees are fully transparent and detailed on our Fees Information page. There are no hidden charges.
Can I switch from another agent?
