A clear, transparent breakdown of our fees for landlords and tenants, in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

At Rena’s Property Group, we believe in complete transparency about our fees. Below is a full breakdown of charges relating to our lettings services, covering both landlords and tenants.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

For landlords

Important information

This fees information is provided in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, which sets out the permitted fees that letting agents and landlords can charge tenants in England.
All tenant deposits are protected through our authorised deposit protection scheme, in line with statutory requirements.
All client money is protected through our membership of Client Money Protect.
Fees marked “To be confirmed” depend on the specific property and will be quoted individually before any work is carried out.

Client money protection & redress

Rena’s Property Group Ltd is a member of Client Money Protect, providing protection for landlord and tenant funds held by us.

We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), an independent redress scheme. If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may refer it to TPO. See our Complaints Procedure for full details.
